Why it matters
The difference between a good system and a reliable one
An integrated system is a lot of devices quietly depending on each other — switches, processors, amplifiers, cameras, displays. Monitoring puts all of them on one screen, day and night, instead of waiting for the one phone call that tells us something broke a fortnight ago.
Predictive
Every connected device reports in. Drives filling, temperatures climbing, a switch port flapping — the patterns that show up before a failure does.
Pre-emptive
Most of what we find is fixed from here, over the network, usually before anyone in the building has noticed a thing.
Proactive
When it does need a visit, we arrive knowing what failed and carrying the replacement, rather than diagnosing it in your hallway.
