Both trades, one company
We are based in Tempe and we work across Arizona. If you are good at this and tired of being handed somebody else's rough-in, we would like to hear from you.
Who we hire
Roles we are usually looking for
Electricians
Journeymen and apprentices. Residential and commercial, new construction and service. If you have run conduit on a job where the low voltage was somebody else's problem, you already know what we are trying to avoid.
Low-voltage technicians
Pulling, terminating and trimming control, audio, video, network and security. Neat work matters here — most of what we are proud of is behind a cover plate.
Programmers
Crestron, Savant and Lutron. Turning a rack of good equipment into one button that does the same thing every time.
Project managers
Running both trades on one schedule, which is the whole reason this company is shaped the way it is.
What it is like
Straight about the work
You will not be waiting on another trade
The power and the low voltage are both ours. When the schedule moves, it moves for one company, not two arguing about whose week it was.
The work gets designed first
We are usually in the drawings before the walls close. That means fewer days spent undoing something that was never going to fit.
Finish is the point
Plates flush and square, gang counts matching across a room, circuits labeled. If that sounds fussy rather than obvious, this is probably not the right shop.
Small enough to be known
You will not be a number on a crew sheet. The person who runs the schedule knows what you are good at.
Most of what we are proud of is behind a cover plate.
Send whatever you have — a resume, a list of the last few jobs you worked, or just a note about what you do. A real person reads these.
Or call 602 691 0001 and ask for the shop.
